I heard Bariloche was a great place to visit while in Arg. Does anybody have any more info for me? Should I go in the summer? winter? what should i plan to do? I guess anything would be useful.

Restaurants in Buenos Aires
Hi,
I will be in Buenos Aires in December, and am looking for good restaurants, both to go with my parents (nicer, can be more expensive) and bar like places I can hang out with friends. For these, I am looking for whatever is "in" right now. I want somewhere where there will eb a lot of young people!!
